The game centered on a female trainer catching not only normal pokemon, but also pokemorphs, gym leaders, other trainers, and more, many of which have lewd evolutions. This is the first lewd GBA rom hack I've played as well as the first completed project. While the lewd action aren't really seen, the fact that there are lewd actions inbetween is enough for me to put this in number 2. After starting with Drowzee as your starter pokemon, you discovered that not only have many male trainers (i.e gym leaders and your rival) have been replaced with female characters, but with said Drowzee, you'll be able to hypnotize and control various female npcs and perform various lewd acts with them. This actually a rom hack of Pokemon Fire Red, but the changes begins with the starter pokemon, Drowzee.
This one I've actually just started playing, so I'll be brief. Now granted it's not complete, but the amount of content available with each update, and the fact that the game is still regularly updated, even if the timeframe between updates can be long, is enough for your dirty mind to get entranced in the game world and earned it's place as number 1 on my list. Weither you win against female trainers, lose the battle, or just want to see some hot action, this game has it. You play as the female trainer Ellie as she and her partner Cyndaquil travel the region to catch pokemon and collect gym badges, even in the nude. This game is one I've been following for over a year. Keep in mind that I'm only counting fan games that at least has a playable beta/demo, so anything that is planned or in development do not qualify. What I've listed are the top 5 lewdest fan games on the subject. Sure I've seen things like violence & death and swearing like a sailor, but nothing sexy.
I've played a lot of Pokemon fan games and rom hacks, but to my surprise, there aren't a lot of them that has lewd elements.
